The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase 2025 PAMS Service Kits for annual maintenance, calibration, and service including spare parts.
The MPCA has a Consolidated Analytical Systems (CAS) Model 866 Auto GC Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) analyzer is used to collect data for the EPA required Photochemical Assessment Monitoring program at the MPCA’s NCORE site. The instrument has been running for 12 months since its last maintenance service and will require a calibration and maintenance service before we start collecting regulatory data when the PAMS season starts on June 1, 2025. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) will send parts for MPCA staff to perform maintenance.
This has been determined to be a single source as only these parts are compatible with the existing Consolidated Analytical Systems Model 866.
