Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Dialyzers supply for Hemo-dialysis to the USMCFP Springfield located in Springfield, Missouri. Offerors are required to submit a price qutoe providing all listed items. Products to be supplied should satisfy the specifications listed in the Statement of Work/Description requirements including but not limited to the delivery schedule. The contract type is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with Firm-Fixed pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and a Four (4) 12-month Option Years for renewal. Delivery Requirements:



Dialyzers will be shipped in cases of 12 or 24 units meeting the requirements above. Orders for dialyzers will be placed in the

form of delivery orders issued by the USMCFP Contracting Office. Delivery orders will be placed on an as needed basis. All

deliveries shall be made from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time to the warehouse. Dialyzers shall be delivered Monday

through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. All deliveries shall typically be made no later than five business days after receipt of

a delivery order. Delivery will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield,

MO.



Ordering history based on case size of 12-24 units. Kidneys per year based on 160 patients =24,960 kidneys; 170 patients =

26,520 kidneys; 180 patients = 28,080 kidneys per year. Current patient census is 160 but this can fluctuate.



In some cases, the government may require non-routine orders which are determined urgent and required sooner than routine orders. In these circumstances, the vendor will be required to deliver the supplies.
