This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Office of Higher Education (OHE), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Portland Webworks, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted maintenance & support of OHE’s MyHigherEd solution.
MyHigherEd is a website that helps users simplify the process for locating a college, providing information needed for preparing, searching, applying, and paying for college. Portalnd Webworks, Inc. retains exclusive ownership, copy rights and trademark of their proprietary software maintenance and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
