The City of Irving Library Department is seeking a solution for handling automated telephone notifications to library patrons and inbound call handling, including an automated item renewal service/information line.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
