Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute is requesting bids for specific outdoor furniture items, including ADA metal picnic tables, umbrellas with bases, and two types of steel benches. Vendors must quote all listed items with individual pricing, and no substitutions are allowed. Please include any shipping cost. Pictures of the required products and specifications are attached in the Quick Quote. Delivery is to the Central Storeroom in Marion, VA, where no loading dock is available, so a liftgate is recommended. All bids must be submitted through eVA.Vendor will be paid by check once everything is received and inspected for damages.
