The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby requests proposals from qualified vendors for:

Beach Concession Services – 2026 Summer Season with Renewal Options

The successful proposer(s) shall operate beach concession services at one or more Town beach concession locations in accordance with the specifications and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals documents.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6. Any contract awarded under this RFP shall be awarded in accordance with the requirements of M.G.L. c. 30B and the terms of this RFP.

RFP documents may be examined and obtained on the Town of Yarmouth website, Doing Business page, at: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx&nbsp ; beginning on May 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

A response to this RFP requires the submission of a separate Technical Proposal and a separate Price Proposal, each submitted in a separate sealed envelope and clearly marked in accordance with the submission requirements in the RFP. Failure to follow the submission requirements may result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive.

Proposals shall be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 9, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered. Technical proposals will be opened after the proposal deadline. Price proposals will remain sealed until completion of the technical evaluation process, in accordance with M.G.L. 30B.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals when cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
