The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Add FAR Clause 52.222-53 and 52.246-6

- Remove Appendix D

- Update the following Appendices and Attachments:

- Atch 1, Atch 3, Atch 5, Atch 6, Atch 7, Atch 9, and Atch 10

- Apendices A, B, E, F, G

- Remove the draft RFP Q&A sheet

- Add the final RFP Q&A sheet

- Extend RFP due date to 14 Feb 2025, 2pm Eastern Time

UPDATE 6 JAN 2025:

The purpose of this update is for the following:

- Move the Pre Proposal Conference from 10 Jan 2025 to 16 Jan 2025, 1-3pm Eastern Time

AMENDMENT 1 20 DECEMBER 2024:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Update Attachment 3 Labor Categories - education/experience levels

2. Update Attachment 6 Section L - Subcontractor work sample submission, para 3.4.1.3 and Initial Task Order Proposal, para 3.7.3
