OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE CAMPBELL POWER PLANT, CARSON POWER PLANT, COSUMNES POWER PLANT, PROCTER AND GAMBLE POWER PLANT, AND MCCLELLAN POWER PLANT

NOTE:

Proposers ARE required to complete and sign SMUD’s CNDA to receive all supporting documents related to the Scope of Services. These documents include but are not limited to, site arrangements, prelim acceptance, electrical interconnection agreements, property descriptions, and sample contracts etc.

The Operator shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Agreements. The work generally consists of: Subject to those specific provisions of the Agreements under which the Authority retains certain responsibility and control respecting operation and maintenance matters for the Projects, Operator shall be in complete charge of, and shall have full responsibility for the care, custody and control of the Projects, including full responsibility for all operations and maintenance with respect to the Projects, together with the supply or procurement of all materials, equipment, supplies, Accessories, including spare parts, Consumables, and other items necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Projects, and for the maintenance of all records respecting the operation and maintenance of the Projects. Detailed information regarding the scope of services is provided in sections 5 and 6 of the Sample Agreements, attached.
