Construction of MANHOLE REHABILITATION OF MISCELLANEOUS SECTIONS OF THE PINE BLUFF WASTEWATER SANITARY SEWER

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of MANHOLE REHABILITATION OF MISCELLANEOUS SECTIONS OF THE PINE BLUFF WASTEWATER SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM will be received by the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility at the Utility’s Main Office until 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work on which proposals are required consists of the following (approximate quantities):
Furnishing and installing approximately 230 vertical feet (27 manholes) of manhole coating system to rehabilitate existing manholes and other related items of work necessary to complete the job.
Plans and specifications are on file and may be examined at the office of the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility, 1520 South Ohio Street, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71601. Digital copies of these documents may be obtained by e-mailing Mallory Owen, the Procurement Analyst at mowen@pbwastewater.com . The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility’s office at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026.
All Bidders must possess an Arkansas Contractors license before the signing of any contract for this proposed work.
