The City of Hendersonville is issuing this Request for Proposals to secure a qualified contractor for the comprehensive site development and utility infrastructure of the Drakes Creek Maintenance Complex.
The goal is to consolidate the site development into a turn-key package with a single point of responsibility. This ensures all "below-grade" work, including building pad preparation and utility connections, is fully completed before vertical construction begins.
