The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to provide professional construction management services for the construction of improvements at VREâs Broad Run Maintenance and Storage Facility in Bristow, Virginia. The Broad Run Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF) improvements will expand the track storage capacity to accommodate additional rolling stock which will be added to VREâs fleet in both the near-term and in the future. This will be accomplished by adding four (4) new storage tracks and lengthening the existing tracks. A new station will be constructed just north of the existing station and a new Administrative and Employee Welfare (AEW) Building will be constructed to replace the functions of the old crew buildings.
