Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (âVCSFAâ or âVirginia Spaceport Authorityâ or âVSAâ) is soliciting proposals from qualified planning, engineering, and architecture firms to deliver a comprehensive Master Plan for two (2) newly acquired sites at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS).
