Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (âVCSFAâ or âVirginia Spaceport Authorityâ or âVSAâ) is soliciting proposals from qualified planning, engineering, and architecture firms to deliver a comprehensive Master Plan for two (2) newly acquired sites at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS). This plan will guide the growth, land use, and infrastructure development necessary to support commercial and national security space missions over the next 20+ years.
