The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to disconnect and dispose of the existing 40-ton condenser unit and install new 40-ton (Trane model or equal) condenser unit to include all electrical components and connections, control wiring and manufacturers recommended start-up procedures. See SOW (attached) Section 4.0 thru 4.2 for additional details.
Site visit scheduled for Thursday November 7th, 2024 at 1000hrs, Camp Stanley, TX.

This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.13, Small Business Administration (SBA) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Certified Program.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
