The Learning Center Renovation - Request for Cooperative (JOC) Quote

Project Description: The Eanes Independent School District (“EISD” or “District”) is soliciting (JOC) bids for services of a General Contractor for the remodel of its Central Administration Building, located at 601 Camp Craft Road, Austin, TX 78746 which will be transformed into The Learning Center, an extension of Westlake High School. The scope of work involves comprehensive renovations as outlined in the provided plans and specifications. Only contractors currently awarded a Job Order Contract (JOC) through a recognized cooperative purchasing organization are eligible to respond to this solicitation. Contractors must provide verification of their active JOC contract with a cooperative at the time of submission.
The scope of work includes demolition, interior finishes, and a few MEP updates, as outlined in the provided 100% Issue for Permit documents.
All bids will be evaluated based on criteria including pricing, experience, technical competence, safety record, personnel, and quality assurance. The District will determine the best value based on published selection criteria, including factors beyond price. The awarded contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements, provide performance and payment bonds, and maintain specified insurance coverages.
