The City of Marlborough ("City"), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Marlborough Public Library Landscape Enhancements, CONTRACT NO. ED 2025-09 for the Department of Public Works Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by Radner Design Associates, Inc. The project involves furnishing and installing plantings, stone drip-strip borders, landscape dry beds, modifications to existing planters, and the design-build of an irrigation system at the Marlborough Public Library. The scope includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to successfully complete the work.
