A Bid shall be received no later than the date and time prescribed and at the place indicated in the Bid Invitation and shall be accompanied by any required documents.

Bids received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of bids, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

Only bids submitted to the City’s IonWave bidding site will be considered. Bids sent by mail, delivery system, faxed, hand-delivered, emailed or other electronic submittal means will not be considered.

The final step of the online bid submission is a digital signature certifying all entries and response attachments to be correct. The signature must be by the same individual who is the Company Owner or an authorized Office of the Company. If an addendum which materially affects bid quantities is issued after your bid is submitted, your status will chance from “Complete” to “Not Submitted”. An addendum will not be issued less than 24 hours before the bid opening. The bidder is solely responsible for monitoring the status of their bid.
