The Woodruff Roebuck Water District (WRWD) is soliciting qualifications from a qualified professional engineer in firms licensed in the state of South Carolina to provide engineering services for the planning, design, and construction administration of a 2 million gallon (MG) elevated water storage tank.
Questions about this RFQ shall be submitted via email to the District Engineering Manager, Charlie Wilson, at the address below. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this RFQ is September 18, 2026. All responses to questions, including any significant changes and/or modifications, will be addressed in the form of an addendum that will be sent to all proposers.
