TAKE NOTICE that on the 20th day of May, 2026, the Millburn Township Planning Board took the following actions:

  1. Application #26-004. Approved the application for an Amendment to previously Approved Major Site Plan with associated variances. Annie Millburn Partners LLC–249 Millburn Avenue, Block 705, Lot 1.

Resolution memorializing the decision of the Planning Board with respect to the above matter is anticipated to be adopted at the June 3, 2026 meeting.
