The City of Lakewood is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the removal of an industrial warehouse structure from the property located at 2916 107th Street S, in the City of Lakewood. The City of Lakewood is the owner of the property. The selected contractor shall act as a general contractor and shall be responsible for the completion of all tasks as specified in the following scope of work, including but not limited to hiring and managing subcontractors and service providers (if needed), obtaining permits and utility disconnects, and all documentation and reporting.
BID DUE DATE: 4:30 p.m., April 22, 2026
MANDATORY WALK THRU DATE: 9:30 a.m., April 2, 2026 (Contractors providing bids are required to attend the walk-thru).
PROPERTY DETAILS:
The subject property is a commercial industrial property on which an approximately 41,100 square foot two-story commercial structure. The property is located in the North Clear Zone at the end of the JBLM runway. The City of Lakewood acquired the property January 20, 2022.
