Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Wake Forest at the Wake Forest Purchasing Department, Attention: Hollie Aldridge, 234 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest, NC, 27587 until Monday, June 1, 2026, at 3 p.m. On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, sealed bids can be submitted at the Wake Forest Town Hall located at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC, 27587 where they will be opened publicly at 10:30 a.m. for the following:

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9 a.m. at Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC, 27587. All prospective bidders are required to attend. (Note: if you attended the original pre-bid meeting, you are not required to attend again.)
