Electric Motor Repair Service

Project Description: The purpose of this specification to establish a 3-year service price agreement to provide basic guidelines for support to the City of Dallas for professional high quality “Turnkey” maintenance, repair, and replacement services for electric motors. This service shall include predictive and preventive maintenance, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repair and/or replacement of motors located at all existing pumping facilities, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants operated by the City of Dallas. The specifications will provide basic guidelines for maintenance and repair of electric motors only. The duration of this contract shall be for three years. Repairs and/or replacements shall include pick-up and delivery of motors with all associated cost.
