Project Description: The purpose of this specification is to establish a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for underwater divers to inspect, clean, and repair raw water intakes, tainter gates, spillway structures, dam embankments, clear wells, and above ground storage tanks for the City of Dallas. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
