A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held via WebEx information at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Respondents are encouraged to prepare and submit their questions in writing three (3) calendar days in advance of the Pre-Submittal Conference in order to expedite the proceedings. City’s responses to questions received by this due date may be distributed at the Pre-Submittal Conference and posted with this solicitation. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional but highly encouraged. In 2023, the City of San Antonio engaged Intelligent Engineering Services to conduct a structural assessment of the previous Father Roman Community Center. In this assessment, the facility was deemed structurally unsound and was closed to the public soon after. In 2024, the City of San Antonio engaged Marmon Mok to begin design services for the reconstruction of the new facility.
