Request for Qualifications for Water Treatment SCADA Software Upgrade and Impletmentation

The City of Arlington (“City”) is seeking statements of qualifications and interest from qualified firms to provide industrial automation and engineering services to assist the Water Utilities Department with transitioning from its existing iFix SCADA system to VTScada by Trihedral, Inc.

The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.

The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
