Project: Glycol Chiller Replacement – Talley Student Union, NC State Project #202420023
Description: This project will redesign and replace the glycol refrigeration system at Talley Student Union that serves the building freezers and coolers used for food storage. The glycol system will be replaced with a chilled water system. The project will address current reliability and capacity limitations and support future growth.
Project Scope: The budget of $875,000 incorporates design, construction, and all associated soft costs
Project Site: The project is located at 2610 Cates Avenue in the Central Campus Precinct
Pre-Submittal Meeting: A Pre-submittal Meeting will not be held.
Submission Closing Date: 5:00 pm, March 7, 2025
