Chattahoochee Golf Course Renovation

The City of Gainesville is requesting sealed proposals for the comprehensive renovation of the Chattahoochee Golf Course located at 301 Tommy Aaron Drive, Gainesville, GA 30506. This project encompasses multiple integrated improvements designed to enhance playability, improve course aesthetics, ensure long-term sustainability, and reduce maintenance requirements.  The renovation includes six major components: bunker renovations, irrigation system replacement, fairway re-grassing, tee complex expansion and reconstruction, short game area enhancement, and drainage improvements with naturalized creek features. Improvements to holes and greenways will be priced separately for cost clarity.  A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chattahoochee Golf Course Clubhouse, 301 Tommy Aaron Drive, Gainesville, GA 30506. The City of Gainesville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, portions thereof, to waive technicalities and to extend bid deadline or re-advertise.
