This document is a Request for Bid (RFB) for design, fabrication, supply, and delivery of one (1) multi-stage oil free centrifugal sootblowing air compressor (SBAC) and drive motor as specified herein, for the Nebraska Public Power District’s (DISTRICT) Sheldon Station (SS), located near Hallam, Nebraska.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:30 a.m., October 8, 2026. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
