Project Description: Introduction:
Fort Bend Independent School District (“FBISD” or the “District”) is soliciting sealed offers to for the purchase of real property owned by FBISD in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 272.001, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Sealed Offers.
Property:
The property to be sold by the District, consists of approximately 30 acres located adjacent to Heritage Rose Elementary School in Fort Bend County, Texas, as depicted and described in the attached Exhibit A (“Property”). Note that the Property would be conveyed subject to all applicable restrictions, and the conveyance will not include mineral rights.
Site Visit:
The District will arrange for site visits. Site visits may be scheduled between August 27, 2025, and October 29, 2025. Interested parties should contact the District’s Purchasing Department through the District’s electronic portal using the “Ask a Question” feature to schedule an appointment.
