REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SENIOR LIVING MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT JFK

The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA), as Owner and Managing Agent for its affiliate properties, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consultants in providing property and facility management with enhanced services for senior living at our JFK Apartment building.

CHA is the largest provider of affordable housing programs in the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition to owning and/or managing 3,195 housing units, CHA leases 4,000 additional units through our “Local Leased Housing Program”. Under the Local Leased Housing Program, CHA assists qualified low-income households to lease privately owned apartments. The Local Leased Housing Program is funded through federal and state resources.

The successful firm must have significant experience in providing agencies of similar size to the Cambridge Housing Authority for property management with enhanced services for senior living.

The Request for Proposal for this project will be available on Thursday, July 22, 2026, after 10am. Bidders may obtain the RFP Electronically by contacting procurement@cambridge-housing.org .

Proposals will be received ELECTRONICALLY by 02:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Vendors should e-mail their Qualifications Proposal to Rocky Ludger, rludger@cambridge-housing.org and Cost Proposal SEPARATELY to Kristen Donnelly, kdonnelly@cambridge-housing.org . In the body of each e-mail, vendors should clearly identify the Qualifications Proposal or Cost Proposal with the name of the firm. All proposals received will become the property of the Cambridge Housing Authority and will not be returned to the proposer. Any modification or withdrawal of proposals shall be made in writing and received by the CHA prior to the time and date the proposal is due.

Any questions or requests for further information must be submitted in writing to the attention of Andrew Kerivan, Director of Asset Management, at akerivan@cambridge-housing.org no later than 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2026. No inquiry received after the stated deadline will be considered.
