Greenmount Cemetery Master Plan

The Town of Wendell, NC is seeking proposals from qualified firms/providers to provide professional services in developing a master plan for Greenmount Cemetery in Wendell, NC.  The purpose of the master plan is to provide guidance for preservation, future development, and on-going maintenance of the Cemetery.  The Town of Wendell’s Greenmount Cemetery Master Plan will provide guidance by examining the conditions of the cemetery, establishing goals for the cemetery, and providing an implementation guide to achieve the goals.

Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing by email to Planning Director Bryan Coates at bcoates@townofwendellnc.gov no later than 5:00 pm, November 27th, 2024. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered for response. Upon receipt of questions, an Addendum will be issued if deemed necessary no later than 5:00 pm, December 3rd, 2024.
