The County is seeking proposals from Offerors established in the business of providing Comprehensive Inmate Commissary Services.
Pre-Bid Information:
June 3rd , 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) Interested Offerors are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit. Interested parties shall meet at: Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center 3841 Leeds Avenue North Charleston, SC 29406. Meet in the Lobby. Arrive early to sign in. A driver’s license or picture ID is required to be allowed to sign in and tour the facility. Be sure that your representative has a clean record and will be able to gain clearance into the SACDC.
