Skanska USA Building, Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Addition and Renovation Project will be accepting sealed bids from Prequalified Bidders on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Jackson Library, Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412 and immediately opened and read thereafter at 3:00 PM for Bid Packages 01A/B General Trades, 02A Demolition and Abatement, and 02C Material and Personnel Hoist. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit for these bid packages will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Jackson Library, Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412. All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any proposals.
