The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposal (URFP) is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of providing conference space, audio/visual equipment, and food and beverage service for approximately 500 individuals. This is a one-day event to be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The contract resulting from this solicitation will allow the VADOC to hold its Conference at the offerorâs facility for 2026; however, the quantities set forth in this solicitation are estimates only; the Department of Corrections does not guarantee any volume of business. The facility will be used by the Central Regional Office of the Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) to host the 49th Annual Central Region Service Awards.
