Legal Notice

The Tishomingo County Special Municipal Separate School District Board of
Trustees, Iuka, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids for 2026-2027 SY Gasoline/Diesel
Fuel.

Bids will be received at the Superintendent's Office, 1620 Paul Edmondson
Drive, Iuka, MS 38852 no later than
Monday, May 4, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.
Bid form may be obtained from the Superintendent's Office at 1620 Paul Edmondson
Drive, Iuka, MS 38852, or by email by contacting mrobinson@tcsk12.com, or by fax at
662-424-9820.

The Tishomingo County Special Municipal Separate School District Board of
Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

(The price quoted for fuel per gallon is exclusive of any applicable taxes, and is variable as follows: should the
supplying oil company increase or decrease its price to the quoting company, then the base quote will increase
or decrease by the same amount)

+ One 2000 gallon above ground Diesel Tank at Belmont Elementary School
+ One 2000 gallon above ground Diese! Tank at Bumsville Elementary School
+ One 2000 gallon above ground Diesel Tank at luka Bus Shop
* One 2000 gallon above ground Diesel Tank at Tishomingo Middle School
(a combination of tanks to reach the gallon requirement at each school may be used)

* All tanks must be equipped as defined in the regulations promulgated by the United States
Environmental Protection Agency. Only quotes, which meet these regulations, will be entertained.

The rental shall include maintenance by the vendor. All installations of tanks shall comply with state and
federal EPA regulations.

Rental of ALL tanks for the 2026/2027 School Year 3
