Village and each location will include the following minimum items.

timelines of the work. If the Village is not notified, then the work will not be paid for and
the work will need to be removed and replaced at no cost to the Village.
BACKFILL OF MATERIAL
All backfill of stone or dirt shall be placed and compacted no later than three (3) days after
the pour, including weekend days. This should include removal of all forms and cleanup
of the site. If this is not done within the time frame, then the contractor will be subject to a
$250 deduction of pay per calendar day per item.
LANDSCAPE RESTORATION
All disturbed work areas shall be fully restored no later than seven (7) days after the pour,
including weekend days, with Class 1 Seeding, as determined by the Village and
considered incidental to the appropriate pay item. This should include cleanup of the site.

deduction of pay per calendar day per item.
