**Amendment 0002 is provided to extend the due date and time to 8/21/2026 10:00AM and also add Winston-Salem to the approved geographical areas within Forsyth County, NC. Revised documents reflecting these two changes are dated today and provided in the attachments. A signed copy of amendment 0002 shall be provided with any quote submitted.

*Amendment 0001 is attached to answer questions received by the due date and time in response to the solcitation. A signed copy of amendment 0001 shall be included with any quotes submitted. The due date has NOT been extended.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0057 is issued for a short term office rental for the USDA FSA and NRCS located in Forsyth County (Rural Hall or Tobaccoville), NC.
