ADDENDUM #1

Please be advised that Addendum #1 for the above-mentioned bid has been issued and is now an

integral part of the specification. Any bids received that do not properly acknowledge this

addendum will be deemed non-responsive and be rejected in their entirety.

The bid opening date of Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 11:00am shall remain. Anyone who has

already submitted a bid can pick it up from the Township Clerk’s office with proof of

identification.

Copies of the addendum are available in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers

Bridge Road, Brick NJ 08723 or by calling the office at 732-262-1058 during normal workdays

between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

Evidence of the Township’s compliance to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23 is on file in the Office of

Purchasing and Contracting.
