Description:

Pender County is requesting sealed proposals for the provision and installation of Cameras and Door Access Control System throughout Pender County facilities.  The immediate need is for the Pender County Courthouse and other facilities are to be slated for future project phases. The purpose of this project is to obtain a uniform system to efficiently address all physical security needs. Proposals shall be submitted in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC 28425. Proposals sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC 28425. Responses are due no later than December 12, 2024 at 2pm and must be labeled “RFP # 25-283”. There will be a formal opening at that time and location. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses.
