The Subcontractor shall provide all personnel, labor, management, tools, equipment, and services necessary to ensure that Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) repair and restoration is performed at NREL facilities. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all objectives outlined in this Appendix A – Statement of Work are met in a timely and professional manner.
The EIFS Repair agreement will include work such as, but not limited to:
• Subcontractor shall provide as-needed Dryvit EIFS repair and restoration. Subcontractor shall follow manufacturer’s guidance.
• The Subcontractor shall provide all supplies and chemicals as required to complete all tasks outlined in the SOW.
