The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the Rental of VARIOUS TYPES of Heavy Equipment by MoDOT SW staff on an As Needed/If Needed basis beginning from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026 with three (3) one-year renewal options. This bid is for when rentals are needed, MoDOT SW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the project location. This bid will be awarded on a "multiple award" basis.
