All General Bids must be accompanied by a copy of a “Certificate of Eligibility” (DCAMM Form CQ-7) issued by the Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and a “Contractor Update Statement” (DCAM Form CQ-3). The DCAMM category of work for which the Bidder must be certified is: General Building Construction and Filed Sub Bidders must be certified in Electrical and Plumbing.
