The Nevada Real Estate Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for developing and instructing the Division's continuing education program "Trust Accounting Management and Compliance" (TAMC) in Las Vegas and Reno. Contractor will instruct the approved course to licensees in northern and southern Nevada at locations or by live-stream online on dates/times to be decided by the Division in coordination with the Contractor. Duration of each course will be a minimum of 3 hours. The TAMC program is a project of the Education and Research Fund. See attachment for full scope of work and requirements for qualified vendor.
