The City of Attleboro is requesting quotes to install new fiberglass shingle roofing system at the Newell Shelter and Ray Conniff Bandstand located at  Capron Park, 199 County Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.

The Request For Quote (RFQ) is available to download from the bottom of this advertisement under Related Documents.  The RFQ is also available from Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.   Fill out Plan Holders Form to view and download the bid documents and to get notified of any addendums.  Addendums will be emailed to the email address provided as well as posted under this advertisement

Any quote being submitted shall include references, a signed certificate of non-collusion, signed Certificate of Compliance with State Tax Laws/Conflict of Interest/c, 151B/Non-Debarment certificate and acceptance of any addenda to be considered as “responsive” and “responsible”.
