TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT REPAIR - Pleasant & Emory Streets

The City of Attleboro (City) Department of Public Works is soliciting quotes, in accordance with M.G.L. c30 §39M, from qualified companies to provide labor, equipment and materials to repair damage to a Traffic Signal Light located at Pleasant Street and Emory Street in Attleboro, MA 02703.

The Request For Quote (RFQ) is available to download from the bottom of this advertisement under Related Documents.  The RFQ is also available from Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.   Fill out Plan Holders Form to view and download the bid documents and to get notified of any addendums.  Addendums will be emailed to the email address provided as well as posted under this advertisement

Any quote being submitted shall include references, a signed certificate of non-collusion, signed Certificate of Compliance with State Tax Laws/Conflict of Interest/c, 151B/Non-Debarment certificate and acceptance of any addenda to be considered as “responsive” and “responsible”.
