26-027 Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the Glendale DMV Field Office

One-Time Landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Glendale DMV Field Office.  Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
1- Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is required.
2- Contractor must have: a C-27, Landscaping Contractor License, issued by the Contractors State License Board.

Estimated budget cost $18,451.17. for three (3) year term.

Current contractor and cost: Parkwood Landscape Maintenance, Inc.
One time landscape cleanup service $777.00-one-time payment.
Biweekly landscape Maintenance $179.31 for 52 services and yearly maintenance services $1.00 for 2 services.  Total contract award $10,103.12 for twenty-four (24) month term
