| Description: | The City of Campbell is pleased to be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) to prepare a transportation analysis (TA) for the proposed development (PLN-2025-147) located at 3165 & 3175 South Winchester Boulevard. the existing 61,424-square-foot building, currently serving as an office for Barracuda Networks, would be changed to a medical office for Stanford Medicine. No changes to the site layout are proposed at this time. A total of 297 parking spaces are provided on site via surface lots—a main lot that surrounds the building and a southern lot located on Chapman Drive. |
