NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – KACE Cloud Mobile Device Mangement Platform
The identified vendor will:
Provide KACE Cloud Mobile Device Management Platfoorm –
1. KACE Cloud Mobile will integrate with our KACE On-Premise Systems.
2. KACE Cloud Mobile will provide software deployment.
3. KACE Cloud Mobile will zero touch provisioning and remove lock/wipe utility.
4. KACE Cloud Mobile will training will be provided by the vendor.
5. KACE Cloud Mobile will provide security patching.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. KACE Cloud Mobile will be delivered by … or for the period of February, 27th, 2026 to
February, 27th, 2027.

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on December 10, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
