Description: The University at Buffalo intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law ยง355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above commodity/product or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. The University at Buffalo desires to provide its students with access to supplemental online mental health services, where the provider possesses a technology platform that can connect students to a vetted network of independently licensed mental health counselors, increasing accessibility to mental health resources, and is capable of providing services that enable students to schedule and participate in online therapy and counseling sessions with vetted and qualified licensed mental health clinicians. Approximately one hundred (100) sessions during the one (1) year term, each session approximately fifty (50) minutes in length.
