Description: The County of Cortland wishes to contract with a firm to provide professional cleaning services for (7) seven county-owned facilities. Cleaning services shall be provided two to three days per week, Monday through Friday. There are approximately 340 offices/work stations in total. All facilities are located within the City of Cortland. Cortland County invites firms with the experience in commercial cleaning to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) with supporting documentation to the Cortland County Department of Public Works no later than 3:00pm, Monday, August 18, 2025. Selection will be based on an evaluation of factors including experience with commercial cleaning, background of the firm and experience and availability of key personnel.
